Dr. Susarla is a knowledgeable doctor who really listens to his patients. He has an excellent bedside manner and I appreciate the way he takes his time discussing the best treatment options and we never feel rushed out of the office.

Barely any wait time in the waiting room. Doctor assistant was very friendly and patient listening. She seemed interested in figuring out what the problem was. Doctor was in shortly after and quickly gave me an answer as to what he thought the problem was. He seemed very confident and took time to answer all of my questions. He didn’t seem pushy or recommending things I didn’t really need. I appreciated his feedback

Professional, knowledgeable, kind, not hurried. He has, however, lost some of his passion for the job. Of course, every doctor in the U.S. healthcare system goes through it but still sad to see. He kept his passion longer than most.

Dr. Susarla was thorough in his explanation after his assessment of my 3 year old. He was patient with answering all of my questions and never made me feel rushed. His assistant or tech could use some training to be more personable to young children though. She didn’t explain anything she was doing, the purpose of it or how to complete the test..so of course my toddler got very anxious and bawled. Needless to say, test wasn’t completed. Would recommend Dr. Susarla despite the young lady.

We love Dr. Susarla and his team! They truly care about their patients and provide the best care. They have been amazing helping us get the help my daughter needs with her asthma. We are never rushed at appts and they are very thorough. We unfortunately even had to use the after hour phone line a few times and Dr. Susarla has called us back to help us! We highly recommend Dr. Susarla and his team!
